Upto Rs. 25000 for domestic patent & upto Rs. 2 Lakh for foreign patent grant for Patents

Objectives

To enhance awareness of MSME about Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) to take measures for the protecting their ideas and business strategies. Effective utilization of IPR tools by MSMEs would also assist them in technology up-gradation and enhancing competitiveness.

Financial Assistance for Grant on Patent/GI

Domestic patent– Rs.25000/-

Foreign patent – Rs. 2 lakh

Geographical Indication (GI) registration– Rs. 1 lakh
